Anna-Maria started working in public and government relations in 1996. Her first star-projects were realized in the beginning years of the career. Among the most recognizable projects there was information support for investment guru Mark Mobius’s visit to Moscow just before 1998 default. Also Anna Maria worked on two Parliament election campaigns in 1999 and 2003 respectively.
Since year 2000 she had been developing her own business which evolved into the full-service agency named EmCo in 2008. Within this period a number of projects had been executed by Anna-Maria’s team including the re-organization of the Izvestia newspaper in year 2004 – 2005, information and advertising support for Rosneft’s IPO in 2006, etc.
In 2002 Anna-Maria was awarded as “Young entrepreneur of the year” by Moscow Government.
Anna-Maria was one of the first who started implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility standards into Russian business practice. As the head of EmCo recently she has also been developing services in the field of Investor Relations. This gave occasion to her including into one of the project groups of Moscow International Finance Centre TaskForce in year 2010.
Anna Maria also delivers lectures on IR and GR at Higher School of Economics and Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
Heading EmCo, Anna-Maria helped the Agency for Restructuring House Mortgage Lending (ARHML) to communicate with Russian citizens during 2008-2009 crisis; managed the informational part of the Fisrt International Legal Forum in Saint Petersburg; consults Transneft on IR-issues; etc.
Pavel Kim joined EmCo in 2016 as Head of the Investor Relations practice.
Pavel began his career in the communications sphere in 2001 at the “Securities Market” magazine in Moscow. At the publishing house, he began as an analyst and worked his way up the position of editor in-chief. In 2007, Pavel moved to JSFC Sistema – the largest public holding company in Russia. First Pavel headed the analytical division at Sistema and then moved to the investor relations department. In 2011, Pavel was appointed to head up theIR department at Alliance Oil Company, an independent Russian oil producer. Soon, he was promoted to VP for corporate communications at Alliance Oil. In 2012, Pavel Kim was recognised by IR magazine Russia & CIS together with Thomson Reuters Extel as the best IR officer in Russia.
Pavel has successfully implemented a significant number of projects: developed and implemented corporate communication strategies; supported IPOs, SPOs and bond issues as well as buy-back deals; developed corporate web-sites; created annual reports; optimized internal communications; conducted road-shows, conferences and seminars.
Today Pavel is working on his Corporate Communication Executive Master degree at Erasmus University, Netherlands.
Zoya joined EmCo in April 2014 as project manager in corporate communications department. She is responsible for preparing CSR reports, organization of special events, strategic communications, media relations and interaction with experts.
Zoya leads work for EmCo’s most active clients including ALROSA, Russian Grids, World Trade Center Moscow, Federal Grid Company of United Energy System, and Agency for Financing of Housing Construction. Zoya participates in CSR related events and carries out researches initiated by the Agency.
Prior to joining EmCo Zoya headed Media Monitoring & Analysis Department at PBN H+K Strategies working with such clients as Rosneft, Gazprom neft, Statoil, Visa, Kinross Gold. She also worked as a teacher of German and English.
Zoya graduated with honors from the Institute of Foreign Languages in 2008. She received certificates with honors from the University of Cambridge in 2004 and 2005 and a certificate from Institut für Internationale Kommunikation in 2007.
Ekaterina joined EmCo in 2005 as project manager in corporate communications department. She is responsible for CSR, media relations and strategic communications.
Ekaterina has extensive experience managing projects for clients in several key industries including metallurgy, energy, oil & gas, property development, shipbuilding, transportation, diamond industry, healthcare and sports.
Ekaterina prepared first CSR reports for Russian companies and still works in this area as an expert and CSR projects manager. She also worked for Metalloinvest and Tainy Sovetnik PR agency.
Ekaterina graduated from the Moscow State University with a major in Journalism.
Ekaterina Esayants joined EmCo in March 2016 where she started her career after graduating from 2 universities: Portsmouth University (UK) in 2014, “Accountancy and financial management” faculty and in 2015 Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, “International finance” faculty.
The topic of her diploma was “Investment attractiveness of the company: methods of forming a positive image”. She had chosen it, as she was interested in the work she now does at EmCo: full IR coverage of “Transneft” and annual reports.
Ekaterina speaks fluent English and basic French.
On February 2016 Oleg Skegin joined EmCo team as an Investor Relations Project Manager of Investor relations practice.
In 2009 began his career in communications as an Investor Relations officer of Alliance oil company, where he took an active participation in disclosure of information to investor community: preparation of press releases, updating of presentations and corporate web-site, organization of meetings and conferences, prompt replies to inquiries of external audience, participation in composing of an annual report.
For more than 5 years of work in the oil and gas sector he was involved in the development of Investor Relation communication strategy, successfully completed a number of projects to improve the efficiency of communications: corporate assets maps, corporate movie, interactive presentation.
In 2008 graduated from the Institute of International Trade and Law in the specialty of World Economy. In 2012 he received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree of Russian Academy of Foreign Trade (within Ministry of Economic Development) in the specialty of Finance.
Speaks fluent in English and has basic knowledge of German.
